Our Whitefield spot is located at 50/2 Shanthi Nivas, right on Church Street. This part of Bangalore is always buzzing, especially with all the tech parks nearby, but our specific office feels a bit more tucked away. Shanthi Nivas is a building that has been around, and we like that it doesn't feel like a cold glass tower. Inside, it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a busy construction office. There are papers everywhere, rolls of blueprints leaning against the walls, and a few helmets sitting on the shelf by the door. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the teams out at the various Whitefield sites. The phone rings a lot, and there is always a bit of a scramble to find a specific file or a set of keys. It’s a hardworking environment where nobody really cares about looking fancy. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air, though the noise from the street is always there. The people working here are a mix of those who have been with the company for years and some newer faces. We all just get along and do what needs doing. It’s a practical home base for us in this side of the city. We’ve got a kettle for tea and some plastic chairs for when people come by for a chat. It works for our Bangalore 66 operations.
