This office is situated at 416, 17th Cross, in the 5th Phase of J.P. Nagar. It is specifically set up for the planning side of things, so it’s a bit different from a general sales office. Most of the space is taken up by large drafting tables and computers that are always running some kind of heavy software. Because it is J.P. Nagar, the surroundings are quite nice with some trees along the road, though the traffic on 17th Cross can be a bit of a mess during rush hour. We are a team that focuses on the details, so you’ll see a lot of charts, timelines, and technical drawings pinned up on the walls. It’s a quiet place for the most part because everyone is usually deep in concentration. We don't have many visitors, but when we do, they are usually other engineers or site managers coming in to discuss the next phase of a build. The furniture is functional—just basic chairs and sturdy desks that can hold the weight of all our files. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee because we tend to work late hours sometimes. It’s not a place for showing off; it’s a place for figuring out how things are going to actually work on the ground. We like the focus we can get here. It’s just us doing the math and making the schedules for the projects.
