We are located at 75/2 Shiva Krupa Lake Side in T.Dasarhalli, Bangalore. It’s a nice area near the water. Our office is basically run out of this spot. It’s a local operation, and we take pride in knowing the neighborhood well. We do building and development, mostly focusing on residential stuff. The office is usually full of rolls of paper and samples of tiles or paint. It’s not very organized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It's just a few of us who know how to get things built. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure the supplies show up when they're supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a worker getting sick, and we just have to figure it out. That's the reality of this business. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the basics that get the job done. We like being in T.Dasarhalli because it feels like home to us. Most of the people who work here live nearby. We aren't looking to become some massive global company. We just want to keep building good stuff right here in our own backyard. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. Living and working near the lake is one of the better parts of the job. It's a nice place to take a walk when the stress of a deadline gets to be too much.
