Sobha Developers Limited

We are located right in the middle of the city in the Balepet area. Our actual address is No. 16 on J.M. Lane, which is off the 3rd Cross. If you know anything about old Bangalore, you know that Balepet is a very crowded and busy place. It has a lot of history and very narrow streets that are always full of people. Sobha Developers Limited has a small spot here where we manage our day-to-day work. It is a bit of a tight squeeze getting our vehicles around the corners sometimes, but we like being right where all the action is. We aren't some polished firm located in a high-rise glass tower. We are down here in the old lanes where the actual business happens. We spend our days coordinating with the builders and making sure we have enough materials for the week. It is quite loud outside our window and there is always someone moving heavy goods on a wooden cart. We write most things down on paper and talk to people face-to-face to get things done. We don't really have the time for mission statements or corporate speeches. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and safe. The people working here have been in the construction trade for a very long time. We know the local shop owners and the sand suppliers by their first names.
