If you are ever walking through the Girinagar area, specifically on the 3rd Cross near the 1st Ase, you will find our office at number 169. This is the place where Sobha Developers Limited runs all its daily operations from. It is a pretty quiet part of Bangalore compared to the noisy main roads, and we actually prefer it that way. We have been based in this particular building for quite a while now. We handle various types of development projects, mostly focusing on making sure the logistics and the workers are where they are supposed to be. We aren't some distant, cold company. We are right here on the street just like everyone else. Most of our mornings start with a lot of hot coffee and a long list of things that need to be fixed or checked on. We don't use any big words or try to impress visitors with fancy talk. We just look at the blue drawings and figure out how to get the walls up straight. The local neighborhood knows us pretty well by now. Sometimes the neighbors even stop by just to say hello or ask how a certain project is going. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. It is just a regular place where we work. Building things in Bangalore has its own set of unique problems, like the very narrow lanes, but we have learned how to manage.
