Sobha Developers Limited

Our little spot is located over in Katriguppe Village. We are right across the road from the Marikamba Temple, which is a big landmark for anyone living in the area. If you are familiar with the BSK 3rd Stage part of Bangalore, you have almost certainly passed by our building. We run things for Sobha Developers Limited out of the Kshema Hostel building. It is a very lively neighborhood with a lot of people moving around at all hours of the day. We have been working from this specific location for a good while now. It is not a huge or sleek corporate office, just a regular, practical place where we get our daily planning and paperwork done. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the desks looking over site maps and checking to see if our projects are moving along as they should. Working in a city like Bangalore means the traffic is always a major thing we have to deal with every single day. We try to get a very early start so we can get to the sites before the main roads get totally blocked up with cars and buses. The crew here is mostly made of local people who know these specific streets like the back of their hands. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy suits or ties. You will mostly find us wearing simple jeans or our dusty work clothes.
