You’ll find us at Vinayaga Apartments in Sector 22 of Dwarka. We are at location 133. It’s a solid spot for us here in New Delhi. This office handles various things for Sobha Developers Limited. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we keep our equipment and our records. The building is pretty standard for Dwarka, and we’ve made ourselves at home here. We aren't big on formalities. Most days we are just in our regular clothes, dealing with vendors and checking on project statuses. The traffic in Delhi can be a real pain, so we try to do as much as we can from our desks before we head out. We have a lot of folders and rolls of drawings leaning against the walls. It’s a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is. We get along well as a team and usually share some snacks in the afternoon while we talk about the week's goals. There’s no big reception desk or anything, just a door you can knock on. We like that it feels like a real place where work actually happens. Sector 22 is a good spot because it’s easy to reach and has everything we need nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s practical, honest, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't worry about making it look like a showroom as long as the work is right.
