Sobha Developers Limited

We are based out in Valayakaranur, near B.Komarapalayam in the Namakkal district. The address is D.No:3-1 in Sengadu. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from this part of Tamil Nadu, but it’s where we need to be for our work. This branch of Sobha Developers Limited is small and focuses on the local projects around here. We aren't city folks in this office. We wear comfortable clothes and spend a lot of time outside at the sites. When we are in the office, it's mostly to catch up on the books and make sure the supplies are ordered. The air is a bit fresher here than in the big hubs. We have a few fans going to keep the heat away while we look at our charts. It’s a very practical place. No big carpets or glass walls here. We use old wooden tables and keep everything in plastic folders to protect from the dust. We know the people in the village and they know us. It’s a community feeling. Work starts early because the sun gets quite strong by midday. We just do our bit and try to stay organized. It’s not glamorous, but the work we do is solid and keeps us busy all through the week. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during the lunch break to talk about things other than construction. We usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with our families and take a break.
