You can find us at the AECS Layout in Sanjaynagar, specifically the 2nd Stage. We are tucked away on the 2nd Cross at number 9A, care of Shantrajno. It’s a nice part of Bangalore-94, very green and mostly families living around here. We work for Sobha Developers Limited from this spot. It feels more like a house than a stiff office, which we actually prefer. We have a few desks set up and some old chairs that are surprisingly comfortable. Most of the day is spent going over site reports or chatting with the crew over the phone. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you knock, one of us will just come to the door. We’ve been here a while and we know the local shops pretty well by now. The post office is nearby which is handy for all the documents we have to send out. It’s a bit of a maze in AECS Layout if you don't know the crosses and stages, but we like the quiet of this street. We try to keep the work moving without making a lot of noise for the neighbors. It’s just honest work being done by a few people who care about getting things right. Sometimes we bring in snacks to share while we go over the blueprints. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just steady and focused on the tasks we have in front of us. We keep things simple and avoid all the unnecessary drama.
