Sobha Developers Limited

We've been at this spot in J P Nagar for a while now. Specifically 5/A in Umerbagh Layout. It’s a busy area but we like it here. We handle the Sobha Developers Limited side of things from this small office. Most days it’s just us figuring out plans and making sure the sites are running right. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic near the post office, but you get used to it. We aren't a huge team here, just a few people trying to get the work done without too much fuss. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage. People stop by asking about flats or just looking for directions because the layout can be confusing if you aren't from around here. We try to be helpful when that happens. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything, just a regular place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to various projects. Bangalore changes so fast, but this corner of J P Nagar feels like home to our work. We’ve seen the trees grow and more shops open up nearby. It’s practical for us being close to everything. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just look at the drawings and talk to the contractors. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the 5/A gate. We usually have tea around four and talk about what needs doing the next day.
