Our spot is tucked away behind the Tin Factory on Nehru Street. If you know Udayanagar, you know it can get pretty crowded with the traffic near the bridge. Our office is at number 19 on 2nd Main. It’s a handy location for us because we can get to most parts of the city from here, even if the commute is a bit of a headache sometimes. The building itself is pretty plain. We’ve got some old chairs and desks that have seen better days, but they do the job. We do a lot of the planning for Sobha Developers Limited from this office. There’s always someone coming in or out with blueprints or rolls of drawings. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open, but we like the air. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoons, so we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very local feel here. We know the neighbors and the guys at the small tea stall at the corner. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate setup. It’s just a place where we sit down, handle the phone calls, and figure out the schedules for the laborers. Most of the work involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We just try to keep the wheels turning without too much fuss. It’s a decent place to work, honestly, even when things get a bit chaotic with the traffic outside.
