Sobha Developer

Our space for Sobha Developer is actually Flat 402 inside the Mahaveer Jade building. It’s right on the Kodichikanahalli Main Road in Bangalore-560076. Being on a main road means we hear the traffic all day, but you get used to the honking after a while. The flat is a good size for us. We’ve turned the main rooms into offices and the kitchen is mostly for making endless cups of coffee. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which I think makes the day go by a bit faster. We aren't some giant corporation with a whole tower to ourselves. We are just on the fourth floor of an apartment complex. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. The view from the balcony looks out over the neighborhood. You can see the rooftops and the trees of Bangalore-560076. We keep our files in the cupboards and our computers on the dining tables we repurposed. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at once, but it works. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. Just a small nameplate near the door of Flat 402. Sobha Developer is just a small group of us doing our thing. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't have a fancy lobby or a guard at the door, just the usual apartment security and our work.
