Sobha Developer Limtid

We are based at 390, specifically Door No 9 in the Bhel Layout of Pattangere. This is in the Rr Nagar area of Bangalore 98. Sobha Developer Limtid has its office here, tucked away in a spot that feels more like a residential neighborhood than a business zone. The roads in Bhel Layout are lined with trees, which makes the walk to the office quite pleasant in the mornings. Our space at Door No 9 is just a regular building. We don't have a big glass entrance or a receptionist waiting to greet you. It’s usually just one of us opening the door if someone knocks. Inside, it’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the papers and folders we have lying around. We aren't the most organized people when it comes to decor, but we know where everything is. Sobha Developer Limtid is a small operation, and we like it that way. Rr Nagar is a nice part of Bangalore to be in because it isn't as chaotic as the city center. We spend our days answering calls and getting our paperwork in order. The building itself is quite plain, and we haven't done much to change it. It serves its purpose as a place for us to meet and get things done. We don’t have any fancy mission or big corporate talk. We just show up at Pattangere every day and do what we need to do.
