Sobha Developer Limited

Sobha Developer Limited is operating out of Room No-215 in the Kotahari Complex. We are on Plot No-302, right on Outer Circle Road in White Field, Bangalore. Most people find us by looking for Brother Bakery, which is a big landmark right near us. White Field is a very busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside. Our room in the complex is just a standard office space. It’s got a couple of windows that look out onto the street. We spend most of our time here at Sobha Developer Limited going through our daily work. The Kotahari Complex is a bit of an older building, so it has some character. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to the second floor. It’s a practical location because everything we need is within walking distance. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous company in Bangalore. We just have our room, our desks, and our work. It can get a bit crowded in the hallways of the complex during lunch hour when everyone is heading out. We usually just bring our own food and eat at our desks. There’s no fancy lunchroom or lounge here. Just a place to work and keep our records. Outer Circle Road is a convenient spot for us to be based, even with all the noise from the bakery nearby.
