Sms Logistics Pvt Ltd., is situated on the first floor of Gokul House. Our office is on 5th Main Road in the Malleshpalaya area of Bangalore, near the New Thippasandra Post. Bangalore traffic is something else, so getting here can take a while depending on the time of day. The building itself is pretty easy to spot once you get on the right street. Inside, it is mostly just us sitting at our desks with a lot of papers scattered around. We deal with logistics, so there is always something being tracked or a driver calling to say they are stuck in a jam. We have a little kettle in the corner for making tea because it gets us through the long afternoons. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center, but it still stays busy. We do not have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have maps and schedules pinned up. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait a bit to update the records. It is a normal office with normal problems. We just try to make sure the shipments get to where they are supposed to be without too much trouble. It is a lot of routine work, but we are used to it by now.
