Our office is located at 21/2 in the Mri Building. We are on the first floor. The address is 14Km, Old Madras Road, over in Bhattarahalli, K.R. Puram. It’s right across from the Evoma Hotel, which is the main landmark we tell everyone to look for. Working at Smile Security & Surveillance Pvt. Ltd. means dealing with a lot of traffic noise from the main road, but you get used to it after a week or so. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment stored everywhere, but it serves its purpose. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars, some technical diagrams, and a lot of coffee mugs. The K.R. Puram area is always growing, so there’s always construction going on nearby, adding to the dust. We start early most days to beat the worst of the commute. The team is just a few local folks who know their way around security cameras and sensors. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just trying to provide what people ask for and making sure the stuff we install actually stays on. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated, but usually, we’re out by evening. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work. We don't really bother with marketing, people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign on the building.
