Smcg Designers

Smcg Designers is located in Vidyaranyapura, specifically at Ravi Industrial Estate, number 31. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on nearby. You hear the sound of machines and people shouting instructions from the other units. It’s a working-class area, and we fit right in. Our unit, number 31, is basically a large open space that we’ve partitioned off. It’s got high ceilings which is nice, but it can get a bit chilly in the winter months. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. Most of the space is taken up by our equipment and stacks of paper. We have a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch. It’s a bit messy, but that’s because we’re always in the middle of some project or another. We don’t really have customers dropping by for coffee; it’s mostly just us and the occasional delivery. Vidyaranyapura is a bit far out for some people, but we like it because we have the space we need. We’ve been here for several years now and we know all the other guys in the estate. It’s a tight-knit community in its own way. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks we have. It’s a busy, noisy, but good place to be for people like us who just want to work.
