Smart Placements

We started Smart Placements a while ago. You can find us at 142 Hal 3Rd Stage, in Santech House. If you know the Nandini Palace Hotel, we are just the building behind it. It is a busy part of town but easy to find once you see the hotel sign. Dealing with placements and finding the right spots for people takes up most of our time here. The office is usually full of files and people coming through the doors for interviews. We have been at this address for a good stretch now. HAL 3rd Stage is a decent area to be based in. Sometimes the traffic is a real mess, but that is just part of living here. We try to keep things very simple. No big marketing stuff or polished presentations. We just look at resumes and talk to people who need jobs or companies that are looking for help. It is practical work and it keeps us on our toes. Santech House is a solid building to work out of. We are mostly on the ground floor. If you are walking from the main road, just look for that Nandini Palace landmark. We don't have a massive sign, but we are here every day. It gets pretty quiet in the evenings which gives us time to catch up on the day's notes. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the basic work of a placement office.
