Over at Smart Manpower & Lift Trucks Services, things are always a bit hectic. Our office is tucked away at 5-17-28 in Shan Boga Colony, out in the Yemlur area. We spend most of our time dealing with lift trucks and finding the right people for different jobs. It’s not the quietest work, especially when we have to coordinate where the equipment needs to go. Sometimes the yard gets full of machines waiting for maintenance or a new assignment. We’ve been in Yemlur for a bit now, and the neighbors in Shan Boga Colony probably know the sound of our engines by heart. It’s a practical business, focusing on getting the heavy lifting done without too much fuss. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork regarding the crew and the trucks. Keeping the schedules straight is the hardest part, honestly. One day it’s quiet, and the next day everyone needs a lift truck at the same time. We just take it as it comes. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on the guys to see if the work is moving along. Being a local setup means we handle things ourselves without waiting on some big head office to tell us what to do. It is just a few of us here making sure the machines are ready when the phone rings and the jobs start piling up.
