SMAART BUILDEERS

SMAART BUILDEERS is located in Psr Layout, which is part of the Ombr Layout-Banaswadi area. We are at number 111/1, on the 4th Cross of the 5th Main road. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood, but there are plenty of businesses tucked away here. We are right next to the ICICI Bank Ltd, so that’s the best landmark to use if you’re coming to see us. The office is a ground-floor space mostly filled with building materials, helmets, and a few dusty desks. It feels more like a site office than a corporate headquarters. We have calendars on the wall with dates circled in red and a lot of photographs of foundations and half-finished walls. It’s a bit chaotic, but we know where everything is. Banaswadi is a bit far out for some, but we like it here. It’s quieter than being in the center of the city. We usually start our day early, around 8:00 AM, and there’s always a lot of coming and going with the crews. The office smells a bit like wet cement sometimes. We don't have a lot of furniture for visitors, just a couple of plastic chairs. It’s a real working space for people who spend more time outdoors than behind a desk. We just focus on getting the building work done and keeping the plans moving along. It’s a simple, local business through and through, and we like it that way.
