Sm Constructions

We are based over in J.P. Nagar 5th Phase in Bangalore. Our office is actually inside an apartment complex called Pariwar Petals, specifically Flat No 306 on Rose Garden Road. It’s a bit of a climb up to the 14th Cross area, and the traffic on 15th Main can be pretty bad during peak hours. Sm Constructions is a small operation, mostly just a few of us handling the planning and the site visits. We work on various residential and commercial bits around the city. Bangalore is growing so fast, so there's always something to do, but it also means there's a lot of competition. We don't bother with those big billboards or fancy websites. Most of our work comes from people who saw what we did for their neighbors. Being in an apartment means we are right in the middle of a residential zone, which makes sense for what we do. It’s a lot of phone calls to vendors and trying to get the right price for tiles or plumbing fixtures. Sometimes things go wrong at a site, like a pipe leaks or a wall isn't painted right, and we have to go out and fix it ourselves. It’s not always pretty, but we make sure the client is okay with the final result before we move on to the next one.
