SLN Industries

SLN Industries is tucked away at 52, 6th Cross, 11th Main in V R Layout, K G Halli. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, but we stay busy inside. We do light industrial work, mostly assembly and some fabrication. The space is a bit cramped because we have quite a few tools and workbenches packed in. We have been operating out of K G Halli for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. There isn't a corporate vibe here at all. We wear regular clothes and get our hands dirty every day. The 6th cross is a narrow street, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a trick sometimes. We spend our mornings setting up the machines and our afternoons putting things together. We don’t have a receptionist; if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. Most of the time it’s just the courier or a neighbor. We have a small area for tea breaks where we sit and talk about nothing in particular. The work isn't glamorous, but it’s steady. We don't bother with big meetings or long-term plans. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. It’s a practical way to run a small business. We like the independence of being our own bosses in this little corner of the layout, just getting the job done.
