Skyline Constructions

We’ve got our office at Flat No. IV in Vijaya Manor. It’s located in CIL Layout, on the 1st Main in Sanjaya Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to handle all the paperwork that comes with running Skyline Constructions. We aren't a massive firm with a bunch of fancy executives. It’s just us and our site supervisors trying to get things built. Sanjaya Nagar is a nice neighborhood, and we’ve done a lot of work nearby over the years. Building in a city like Bangalore means dealing with a lot of traffic and sometimes trouble getting materials delivered to the site on time. We don't try to sugarcoat it; construction is hard and often messy. We focus on getting the structures right. You won’t find us using a lot of big words or making tall claims. We just show up, look at the progress, and make sure things are moving. Most of our day is spent visiting different projects or talking to suppliers about sand and steel prices. Our office is more of a base camp than a corporate suite. We keep the drawings there and meet clients when we need to discuss changes. We’ve been doing this for a while and have a decent rhythm now. It’s all about the daily grind of laying bricks and finishing interiors. We just do our best to get the houses finished and ready for people to move in.
