Our office for Skyline Constructions Housing Pvt Ltd is located on 11th Cross in Sir M.V. Nagar, which is part of the R.M. Nagar area. We are on 1st B Main, a spot we’ve called home for a good while. Construction is a messy, complicated business, and we are right in the middle of it every day. We handle the planning, the sourcing of materials, and the actual building work. It’s a lot of logistics. I spend most of my time either here at the desk or driving between sites to check on the progress. We don’t have a lot of polished marketing materials. We figure if the buildings we make are good, people will notice. R.M. Nagar is a solid part of Bangalore, and we like the community here. Most of our clients are just regular folks looking to build a house or a small shop. We don’t try to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just focus on getting the slabs poured and the bricks laid. There are always challenges, like when the weather turns bad or a supplier lets us down, but we just find a way through. It’s about being practical and getting the work done so we can get home at the end of the day. That’s really all there is to it for us. It’s a long road from start to finish every single time.
