Skyline Constructions Housing Pvt Ltd is based over in Horamavu. Our office is at number 435 on the 1st Cross. Horamavu has changed a lot lately, with new houses popping up everywhere, and we’ve been part of that growth. It’s a busy neighborhood and we fit right in. We aren't a big, slick operation. We’re just a small team that knows how to put buildings together. A lot of our time is spent dealing with the small details that people don't usually see, like foundation depths or electrical layouts. We don't use a lot of fancy talk. We just tell you what we can do and how long it’ll take. Sometimes there are delays because of the weather or labor issues, and we just deal with those as they come up. Our office is a bit messy with rolls of paper and samples of granite, but it’s where all the planning happens. We like being in Horamavu because it’s a developing area and there is always something going on. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build stuff that stays built. It is hard, physical work and requires a lot of patience. But we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s just part of who we are now. It's a living and we do it right.
