It’s a settled part of the city, and we’ve been operating Skyline Construction And Housing Private Limited from this spot for some time. Our space isn't very large, just enough for a few desks and a place to meet folks. We spend most of our time out on site anyway. Building things in Bangalore keeps us on our toes because the regulations and the city itself keep changing. We focus on residential projects mostly. There’s no fancy talk here. We’d rather be on-site checking the masonry. N R Colony is a nice place to be based. It’s got a bit of a slower pace than the city center, which we appreciate. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us looking over some drawings or on the phone with a supplier. We just try to do honest work and keep the projects moving forward. It takes time, but we get there.
