Skylark Mansions Pvt Ltd has its office at House Number 165/A on 18th Main. We are located in the 3rd Sector of HSR Layout in Bangalore, which is a pretty popular area these days. The 24th Cross is right nearby. If you’ve been to HSR, you know the traffic can be a nightmare, but it’s a good place to be for a real estate business. Our office is a regular building where we meet with people and talk about different properties. It’s usually a bit of a scramble in the mornings with everyone trying to get their coffee and check their emails at the same time. We have stacks of brochures and floor plans all over the place. Bangalore is always growing, so there is never a shortage of things to discuss. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we have and let them decide for themselves. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoons, which is nice, though it can get a bit warm. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to different sites in the city. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the builders are doing what they are supposed to do. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees, just a local group trying to make things work in a fast-paced city. It is just plain old work, and we try to do it right.
