We've been in Rajarajeshwari Nagar for a bit now, right near Global Academy for Learning. Sky Blue Constructions Planning And Designing is where we handle the drawings and the actual building work. It’s usually busy here with people coming in to check on their house plans or asking about costs. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and structural details at No 007 B. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual bricklaying, but that's just how it goes in Bangalore. We see a lot of changes happening in this part of town. Mostly, it's just us coordinating with contractors and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. People drop by the office to talk about their plots. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy office stuff, just desks and a lot of rolled-up papers. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We deal with the planning part first, then the designing, and then try to get the construction moving. It’s a lot of back and forth with the local authorities. If you're looking for our spot, it's easy to find once you get toward the school. We are just local folks trying to get the jobs done right around RR Nagar. There’s always someone here during the day, unless we are out at a site visit. The rain lately has made the roads a bit messy, but the school kids are always around. We spend a lot of time just chatting with neighbors about what's being built next door. It’s a simple office, but it’s ours.
