Skandesh Marketing Services is based out on Banneraghatta Road. It’s a long road and we’re somewhere in the middle of all that hustle. We don't have a massive office building, just a workspace where we get things done. Mostly, we deal with marketing different properties and letting people know what’s available in this part of the city. It’s a lot of time spent on the phone and driving up and down Banneraghatta Road to meet people at different sites. The traffic here can be a real struggle, so we spend a lot of our day in the car. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the info about a place and try to find the right person who might want it. It's practical work. Sometimes we’re helping a developer and other times it’s just someone looking for a small shop space. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we’ve seen how much this area has grown. Our desks are usually covered in flyers and notes from various phone calls. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just us trying to stay busy and keep the properties moving. If you’re around this way, you might see us out and about near the main junctions. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized through all the phone calls.
