Sjr Builders

Sjr Builders is a local operation based here in Bangalore. We do not have a big corporate office like some of the other companies; we mostly work out of a house that we have converted into a simple workspace. It feels more comfortable that way, and it really helps keep our overhead costs down. Bangalore is a city that is always building something new, so there is never a shortage of work for us to do. We focus mostly on residential projects, helping people build their own private homes or doing smaller renovations on older properties. It is very personal work because you are dealing with the place where people actually live their lives. We have a small, dedicated team of workers who have been with us for many years. We know exactly who is good at laying floor tiles and who is the most reliable when it comes to the plumbing and electrical work. It is not always easy to find good, reliable help these days, so we stick with the people we know and trust. The weather here in Karnataka is usually pretty good for construction, but the yearly monsoon can really throw a wrench in our plans. When it rains heavily, everything on the site has to stop, and we just have to wait it out. We are not the biggest builders in the city.
