S Rudraradhya Co. is located at No. 2 Mpm Lane, which is just off the Sjp Road Cross. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows each other, and you have to be careful driving down it. Our place is a bit tucked away, but that’s how we like it. It’s a modest building that serves as both our office and where we keep some of our inventory. The street outside is usually full of people walking and vendors selling things, so there’s always something to look at if you take a break by the door. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of shelves filled with whatever we’re working on at the moment. It’s not a very big space, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a big shipment coming in or going out. We’ve been at this Mpm Lane spot for years, and we’re quite comfortable with the routine of the neighborhood. The staff here is more like a group of friends who happen to work together. We don't have a big HR department or fancy meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be sorted out. It’s a very human way to work, without all the corporate layers you find in bigger companies. We just show up, do our bit, and keep the business running.
