Six Construct/Besix, Dubai

Our office is tucked away in the KHB Colony over in K.S. Town. Even though the name of the company mentions Dubai, we are right here in Bangalore at building number 17. It is a bit of a mix of an international background and the local reality of working in India. Most of our days are spent dealing with the specific challenges of working in Bangalore, like the terrible traffic getting to the project sites and making sure our supplies actually arrive when the vendors say they will. We have been in this spot for a bit now, and the neighbors mostly know us as the construction folks. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a practical place to keep the architectural plans and meet with the foremen to discuss the schedule. We do a lot of coordination between different teams of workers. Construction is a messy and loud business, and we are right in the middle of it most days. Sometimes people ask us about the connection to Dubai, but for us, it is really just about the work we have right in front of us today in Bangalore. We handle the technical side of things and try to keep the projects organized as best as we can. It is not always easy with the way things move around here, but we manage to get through it. We aren't big on talking ourselves up.
