Siroya Constructions

Our office is located in RT Nagar here in Bangalore. It is a busy area and we have been set up here for a while now. Most of our work involves the daily grind of construction, which means a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on how the foundation is coming along at various sites. We don't have a big corporate setup with a lot of managers. It's mostly just a few of us who have been doing this for years. The desks are covered in notebooks and calculators because there is always some math to do regarding costs or square footage. RT Nagar is a good spot because we are close to a lot of our projects, so we can jump in the car and be at a site in twenty minutes if something goes wrong. We don't do much in the way of fancy presentations. Usually, we just show people what we are working on and tell them how long it will take. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window until it comes back on. It’s a very normal way to run a business. We focus on the practical side of things like making sure the bricks are good quality and the workers have what they need. There is always a lot of paperwork with the local authorities too, which takes up more time than we’d like. But that's just how it goes. We stay late most nights to finish up the logs.
