If you are looking for Desai Glass, we are over at 35/2 on 7th Cross in Singasandra. We are right near Pillar Number 128, on the road that runs parallel to the PF Office road off Hosur Main Road. It is a bit of a maze back here with all the small streets and turns, but once you find the pillar, you are basically there. Our shop is full of glass sheets of all sizes, so we have to be really careful when we move around. There is always a bit of sand or glass dust on the floor, no matter how much we sweep. Most of our day is spent cutting pieces to size and loading them onto trucks. It is heavy work and you have to have a steady hand. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is just a workspace with some tables and tools. Sometimes the traffic on Hosur Main Road makes it hard for deliveries to get to us on time, which can be frustrating. We just do our best to get the orders ready when we said they would be. It is a small team, mostly family and a couple of helpers. We have been working with glass for a long time, so we know how it behaves. We do not make a big fuss about things, we just do the cutting and the polishing and hope the weather stays clear for transport.
