You can find us at Singapore Airlines Cargo Pte Ltd over in Yelahanka. We're located on the 2nd Main in Gandhi Nagar. It's a bit of a different vibe out here compared to the center of Bangalore, but it stays busy enough. Since we handle air cargo, our days are mostly tied to flight schedules and airport timings. There is a lot of back and forth with the ground crews and making sure all the customs documents are in order before anything gets loaded. The office here is pretty quiet most of the time because everyone is focused on their computer screens or on the phone. We don't have many walk-in customers, but we’re always here if someone needs to check on a shipment. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk about weights, dimensions, and arrival times. It’s a lot of technical stuff but we try to keep it simple when we’re explaining things to people. The building we’re in is pretty standard, nothing that stands out too much from the street. We’ve got a small team that knows the air freight business inside out. We don’t really do big advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who already know how the system works. We just show up every day and make sure the cargo gets on the right plane.
