Simplex Infrastructures Limited has a presence here because there is always something that needs building or fixing in the district. It is a pretty straightforward operation. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy website. We just have our tools, our trucks, and a crew that knows what they are doing. Life in the colony is busy and we are part of that daily rhythm. The work we do is often heavy and involves a lot of coordination. Sometimes we are dealing with mud and rain, and other times it’s the intense sun, but that’s just how it goes in Bengal. We don't try to sugarcoat the work. Construction is hard and it takes time. We spend a lot of our day talking to vendors and making sure the gravel and cement are where they need to be. It is a lot of logistics and manual labor. We aren't here to make big promises; we just want to finish the project so we can move on to the next one. It’s just a group of us working together to get things built right here in Nadia. We focus on the site work and let the rest take care of itself.
