We are located at Quarter Number Ds/41/C, right near the Anara Railway Station in the Purulia district of West Bengal. It’s a bit of a different setting than a city office, but it works well for our infrastructure projects. Being so close to the station means there is always a rhythmic sound of trains in the background. Our team uses this space to coordinate all the local building tasks. It’s a modest setup with just enough room for our desks, files, and some storage. We aren't interested in looking polished or corporate. Our focus is purely on the engineering and logistics side of things. Most mornings start with a quick check of the latest reports from the field and a lot of tea. Purulia can be a tough place to work in terms of weather, but we’ve learned how to handle it. We deal with various sites across the region, and this quarter serves as our main hub. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don’t mind. We prefer being close to the actual work. It’s a straightforward environment where everyone knows what they need to do. There's no need for fancy titles or mission statements here. We just want to see the projects through to the end and make sure everything is built to the right standards. That's the way we've always done things, and it hasn't failed us yet.
