Our Bangalore office for Simplex Infrastructure Ltd is located in Vidyaranyapura, specifically at 1217 in the 2nd Block of Bella Layout. It is a fairly quiet area compared to the city center, which is nice for getting work done without too much distraction. The building is easy to spot once you get into the layout. We have a small team here managing things. Usually, there is a lot of back and forth between the office and the various project sites. The office itself is pretty basic. We have the usual desks, computers, and stacks of blueprints lying around. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction talk going on, but that is part of the job. Most of us have been working in the infrastructure field for years. We know the local area well. If you are coming by, parking can be a little tight on the street, but people manage. We mostly spend our days on the phone or looking at site reports. It is not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or free coffee machines. We just have a kettle in the back. It is a straightforward setup for people who just want to do their work and go home. We like the neighborhood because it feels more like a community than a corporate park. Sometimes we go out for a quick lunch at the small joints nearby. The weather in Bangalore is usually good, so we keep the windows open. It’s a functional space without any unnecessary polish or corporate fluff.
