Silwinwinches India is located at House Number 19 in Peenya 2nd Stage. If you know Bangalore, you know Peenya is a big industrial hub. It’s full of factories and workshops, and we fit right in there. We work with winches and other mechanical stuff. The office is basically a part of our storage and work area. It can get a bit loud with all the industrial activity nearby, but we’re used to it. The space is filled with tools, metal parts, and heavy equipment. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s a place for work, not for show. We have a small group of people who know their way around the machinery. Most days involve a lot of grease and heavy lifting. The roads in Peenya can be tough with all the trucks moving around, so getting things in and out takes some planning. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and it serves us well because we’re close to other engineering businesses. We drink a lot of tea and spend our time fixing things or figuring out how to get an order out on time. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It's just the way things are here and we don't complain about it.
