Sierra Construction Pvt Ltd is based out of Palace Guttahalli Road in Thaltej. We are at number 187, which isn't too hard to find if you know the area. It is a busy stretch of road and things are always moving. Our team is usually scattered between the office here and various spots where we have actual work going on. You won't find any glossy brochures or sales pitches coming from us. We mostly just focus on the plans and the physical work of putting buildings together. Sometimes the coffee machine in the office breaks down and we all have to head out to the local stall, which gives us a chance to see what’s happening on the street. Construction is a noisy business and Thaltej has seen a lot of it lately. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started working here. The office is often full of rolled-up blueprints and muddy boots because that is just the reality of what we do every day. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look on paper as long as the structures we are working on are solid. Dealing with permits and suppliers takes up a lot of our time, but that’s the part of the job nobody sees. It is just a regular local business trying to stay on top of things and keep moving forward one day at a time.
