We set up our workspace here in Ujjain, specifically in Arpita Enclave over in the Nanakheda area. Our address is B-66, and it’s a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main city center. It’s a nice, residential feel around here, which makes coming to work a bit more pleasant. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some tables, chairs, and the usual office equipment you’d expect. We aren't trying to look like a big multinational branch from a movie. It’s just a solid, practical place where we handle the local business for Siemens. Most of the people working here live nearby in Madhya Pradesh, so there’s a lot of local talk during the breaks. We don't have a fancy canteen; we usually just bring our own tiffin boxes. The day-to-day is mostly about keeping up with orders and making sure the technical details are right. It’s a lot of steady work without much drama. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded when people are coming home from work, but generally, it’s a calm spot. We don't use any complicated systems or have a bunch of managers hovering around. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a simple way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine. There's nothing complicated about how we run things, we just show up and get through the list.
