Sidus Architects & Engineers Pvt Ltd is situated at 150 New Bel Main Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and we’ve been part of this area for quite some time now. Our setup is a bit of a blend because we handle both the architectural side and the engineering parts of building. This means our office is full of different kinds of people. You’ve got the ones who are worried about how things look and the ones who are worried about how they stay standing. It makes for interesting conversations. The space is practical above everything else. We have large tables for looking at big sets of plans and plenty of computers for the technical stuff. New Bel Main Road is a good location for us because it’s easy for people to reach us from different parts of town. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello and asks what you need. We deal with a lot of technical details every day. It's not always exciting, but it's what we do. We try to be honest about what can be built and what might be a problem later on. We aren't here to sell a dream, just to build something that works for the long term. The office is often a bit noisy with phones ringing and people talking over drawings. It’s just how we get through the day-to-day work here.
