Sidhant Vila

If you are looking for us, we are at 2724 in Sector 49, Faridabad. It is a regular street in a busy part of town. The house itself is where everything happens for Sidhant Vila. We don’t have a big neon sign or anything like that. It’s just a place where we gather to get our daily tasks done. The morning starts with the sound of the milkman and the newspaper being dropped off. We set up our workspace in the main room and get to it. Faridabad can be quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the tables. We have a few chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job for now. Sometimes we sit out in the small yard when the weather is nice, just to get away from the screens. The neighbors are mostly families, so you hear life going on all around us. It’s not like a big corporate office where everything is silent and sterile. Here, you might hear a dog barking or someone calling out to their kids. We keep our records in a couple of old cupboards that rattle when you open them. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't really go in for fancy meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. When the day ends, we just tidy up a little and switch off the lights. It’s simple and it works for us.
