Siddharth Impex India is located in the Roots Tower at the Laxmi Nagar District Center. We’re on the third floor, taking up rooms 305 and 306. It’s a pretty busy area right off Vikas Marg, so there is always something going on outside. The building itself is quite modern compared to some of the others in the neighborhood. We have a fair amount of space, which is good because we tend to collect a lot of folders and boxes over the months. Most of the staff has been here for a long time, so we’re more like a small family than just coworkers. We don't have many rules about when you have to take your break or where you have to sit. People just find a spot and get to work. We deal with a lot of logistics, so the phones are usually ringing. It can get a bit loud during the peak hours of the morning, but things usually settle down by mid-afternoon. We have a small area near the window where we keep a few chairs for when we need to take a breather and look at Plot No.7. It’s nothing special, just a regular office where we try to keep things moving. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, just in doing a decent job and making sure the bills are paid. It’s just how we spend our days.
