Siddeshwara Corrugators

Our place is located at 179/2 in Kothanur Village, right on the Gottigere Main Road. We are directly across from the Khoday Glass Factory, which is a big landmark around here. We spend our days making corrugated boxes of all sizes. The machines that turn the paper into those sturdy brown sheets take up a lot of room and they generate a good amount of heat. The air inside the shop always smells like warm paper and glue. We have piles of cardboard everywhere, sometimes they get so high that it feels like you're walking through a maze. It’s a dusty place to work, so we are usually covered in a fine layer of brown dust by the end of the day. Our office is just a tiny room near the front gate where we keep the ledger and a telephone. We don’t have a website or do any fancy advertising. People mostly find us because they see the sign when they are driving past on the main road. The work is pretty repetitive, just feeding the paper in and stacking the boxes at the other end. Sometimes the traffic on Gottigere road makes it a nightmare to get our delivery vans out, but we just have to be patient. We are just a local crew doing basic work. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of cardboard and some hardworking machines that have been with us for years.
