We’ve been here at Coffee Day Square for a while now. Vittal Mallya Road is always busy, so we see a lot of people coming and going. Logistics is just what we do every day. It's about getting things from one spot to another without too much trouble. We deal with trucks, ships, and all the paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the weather is bad or the roads are blocked, but we just try to keep things moving along. Our office isn't anything too fancy, but it works for us. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking schedules. It’s hard work, and the coffee downstairs helps keep us awake. People think moving stuff is easy until they try to do it themselves. There's a lot of coordination involved. We have some regular customers who have been with us for years. They know where to find us. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. Most folks just know us by word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name around the city. It’s a steady job. We show up, handle the shipments, and go home. That's pretty much how it goes here. Nothing more, nothing less. We just try to get the job done right so nobody has to worry about where their crates are. The rain usually makes the traffic around here even worse, but we just sit tight and wait it out. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our life.
