Shyam Sunder And Manjunath Architects And Engineers

We are located over in Basavanagudi, right on the 5th Main in R P C Layout at number 77. It is a bit of a long name for a firm, but Shyam Sunder and Manjunath have been at this together for a long time. Having both architects and engineers in the same room helps because we can yell across the office when a design isn't physically possible to build. The office is pretty functional. We have got big tables for laying out the blueprints and enough computers to keep everyone busy. Basavanagudi has that old-school feel which we like, even though the traffic outside can get pretty frantic during rush hour. Our daily routine is mostly a mix of drawing, calculating loads, and answering emails that probably could have been phone calls. We deal with a lot of different projects, from small house renovations to bigger commercial stuff, and each one has its own set of headaches. There is usually a lot of paper everywhere and someone is always looking for a lost measuring tape. We don't put on airs here; it's just a place where work gets done. Most days end with us making a list of things to fix the next morning. It is a steady grind, but we enjoy seeing a project go from a messy sketch on a napkin to an actual building standing on a street corner. It's just what we do every day.
