Shudh Kems Products India

Our business, Shudh Kems Products India, is situated in Sheds 3 and 4 on Plots 37 and 39. We are part of the Apparel Park in Phase-I, over in the Kasaba Hobli area of the Doddaballapura Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a good spot for us. Having two sheds gives us enough room to separate the different stages of what we do. One side is mostly for the raw materials coming in, and the other is where we handle the finishing and packing. It gets pretty loud in the sheds when everything is running at once. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or scraps from the day's work, but we try to sweep up before we head out. We’re quite a bit away from the main city, so most of us commute together or live nearby. The industrial park has a lot of different businesses, but we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the daily output. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but that’s how the products get made properly. We don't use any high-tech management systems, just a lot of lists and checking things by hand. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, and we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s just the way things go out here in Doddaballapura. We’re just a group of people making sure the orders are filled correctly. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea and keep the doors open for some air.
