Our place is at No. 258 259 on 14th Cross in Kareemsab Layout. It is near the Vishwanidam Post in Srigandha Nagara. We deal with fertilizers for farming and gardening. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn’t feel like a big corporate office. It’s more like a large warehouse with a small desk area for the paperwork. The smell of the fertilizer is quite strong when you walk in, but we don't mind it anymore. We spend our days loading bags onto trucks and talking to farmers who come by for advice or supplies. My brother and I manage the daily operations. We have a few guys who help with the heavy bags. It is physically demanding work, especially when it’s hot outside. The layout is mostly quiet, though the trucks make some noise when they arrive. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know where to find us. We don't do any flashy marketing. We just sell what works for the soil in this region. Sometimes the supply from the manufacturers is slow, so we have to manage our stock carefully. It’s a simple, honest business. We just try to keep the farmers happy and the bags moving out the door. We spend our lunch breaks under the neem tree outside when the weather is nice.
