Shubhada Industries

Shubhada Industries is based at M-5 in the MIDC Waluj area. If you’ve ever been to this industrial zone, you know it’s all about warehouses and factories. Our plot isn't the biggest, but we use every inch of the space we have. There’s always the sound of machines or tools in the background here. We do industrial work, so the floor is usually covered in some kind of material or offcuts. We start our shifts early to beat the worst of the afternoon heat, though it still gets pretty warm inside the shed. The workers are local people who know their way around the equipment. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that because it’s a working factory, not a showroom. We keep our tools sharp and our benches clear as much as we can. It’s a lot of manual labor and checking dimensions over and over. Sometimes the power goes out in the MIDC, and we just have to sit and wait or do some maintenance while we wait for it to come back. It’s just part of the life here. We’re practical people doing a practical job. Most of our day is spent making sure the output meets what we need it to be without any waste. We don't talk much during the heavy work, we just get on with the tasks that need finishing.
